Eating Charts

Eating charts are a great way to help children set goals, that’s why for every book purchase, you can get unlimited eating charts to download and print for free. You can mark on the dot how many giraffes were fed that day using your own little stickers or a pen. Here’s what they look like:

At the end of the week, just add up how many animals your child fed. It’s a great way to see if children are eating a variety of food, making it easy to see what vitamins are missing from that week. (and I must confess, I use the chart too…I only seem to feed elephants and polar bears it seems!)

And with that, I’m off to feed my koala with some salmon and a giraffe with some salad.

P.S. If you have purchased a book, send me an email and I’ll give you a code to download the charts!
